CITY OF TIFFIN – Work Session The Tiffin City Council held a work session on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at City Hall. Mayor Pro Tem Ryan called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Roll Call: Joann Kahler, Jim Bartels, Peggy Upton (arrived 7:40 p.m.), Mark Petersen Absent: Mayor Berner. Also present: Engineer Frederick and Administrator Jackson. Motion Kahler to approve the agenda, second Bartels. All ayes. Motion carried. Motion Petersen to move Deerview discussion to first item and drop quality care from agenda, second Bartels. All ayes. Motion carried. Deerview turn lanes and retention pond discussion. Park Ridge PAD discussion Quality Care Storage discussion. Motion Ryan to adjourn at 8:29 p.m., second Upton. All ayes. Motion carried. Michon Jackson, City Administrator/Clerk
