CITY OF TIFFIN – Agenda – Special Meeting 6:00 p.m. - City Hall Wednesday, February 4, 2015 Call to Order and Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council met in a Special Meeting on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Tiffin City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Steve Berner called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. Roll Call: Joann Kahler, Mike Ryan, Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels. Absent: NONE Also present: Engineer Ben Carhoff and Deputy Clerk Ashley Jay-Platz. Ryan motioned to approve agenda; seconded by Kahler. All ayes, motion carried. Upton Motioned for Approval of Contracts for Interim Administrator/Clerk Tim Long; seconded by Ryan. All ayes, motion carried. Discussion: Ryan Motion for accepting agreement for Callahan Municipal Consultants as the Consulting Firm; seconded by Kahler. All ayes, motion carried.
