Upon roll being called the following named council members were present: Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Jo Kahler and Mike Ryan. Also present: City Administrator/ Clerk Doug Boldt, Director of Public Works Brett Mehmen, City Engineer Ben Carhoff, Deputy City Clerk Ashley Platz, other visitors. Agenda Additions/ Agenda Approval Motion to approve the agenda by Ryan. Second by Havens. All ayes, agenda stands approved. Closed Session in Accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 20. 17( 3) for Public Employment Relations Procedures — Negotiating Sessions, Strategy Meetings ofPublic Employers or Employee Organizations, Mediation and the Deliberative Process ofArbitrators Shall be Exempt from the Provisions of Chapter 21 Discussion and Consideration to Re -open Current Collective Bargaining Agreement for Wage Adjustment and Council Action as Needed Motion to enter into closed session by Havens. Second by Ryan. Roll Call Vote: Bartels, Havens, Kahler, Ryan, Upton Entered into closed session at 6: 08PM Motion to exit closed session by Upton. Second by Kahler.
