Mayor Berner called the meeting to order. Upon roll being called the following named council members were present: Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Jo Kahler and Mike Ryan. Also present: City Administrator/ Clerk Doug Boldt, Director of Public Works Brett Mehmen, City Engineer Ben Carhoff, Deputy City Clerk Ashley Platz, other visitors. Agenda Additions/ Agenda ADDroval Motion to approve the Work Session Agenda by Havens Second by Kahler All ayes, motion carried. Discussion to Change/ Update Water and Sewer User Rate Ordinance Discussion: Doug Boldt- discussed the current water & sewer rates and reasoning for the change. He proposed that instead of billing a base fee for minimum consumption up to 2000 gallons, which is excessive in a number of scenarios, that we establish a service or administrative fee with a flat rate charge per gallon for usage. Discussion of Soccer Field Renovation Discussion: Doug spoke with LL Pelling and will be able get another proposal. Discussion of Live Streaming City Council Meetings to Website Discussion: Ashley Platz gave information about the meeting she had with CTI.
