2. Discussion and Consideration of City Participation in Workforce Housing Tax Credit Application and Council Action as Needed Motion to sign the needs assessment application by Ryan. Second by Upton. All ayes, motion carried. Jason Walton and Jerry Wadalow -( doug email)- Jerry spoke about the background of the Workforce Housing Tax Incentive Program and how it can apply to Tiffin. 3. Discussion and Consideration of Donation to Clear Creek Amana 2016 Post Prom and Council Action as Needed Motion to approve $ 100 donation to CCA 2016 Post Prom by Upton. Second by Havens. All ayes, Ayes: Upton, Havens, Ryan. Nays: Kahler, Bartels. motion carried. 4. Discussion and Consideration of Donation to Clear Creek Amana High School Instrumental Music Department and Council Action as Needed Motion to approve a donation to CCA High School Instrumental Music Department by Kahler. Building Official Report — Looking into revamping the Zoning Ordinance and Business table. Requests to have a work session with P& Z and Council. 5. City Engineer' s Report — Ben Carhoff- Randy working Ph -1 preliminary drawings to be done next week to meet with Brett & Doug. Jay Anderson - 2 -3 weeks Contractor will be in town to start Roberts Ferry Rd then work on HWY 6 during the process. Time frame to finish is 2. 5- 3 months. 6. City Attorney' s Report — Nothing. 7. City Administrator' s Report — Gave council a copy of the FYI 6- 17 Budget. Wants to set April 12th as a goal setting session at 5: OOpm. N.
