2. City Council Reports — Ryan— Questions from residents regarding the Curb Gutter project— would like the CIP added to the City Webpage. Recommending that we get some assistance for hearing impaired residents attending the meeting. Upton- Status of the soccer fields repairs. Bartels- Walk through at parks are looks like things are going well. 3. Director of Public Work' s Report— Banner arms made for $ 2600 roughly to have Walker Welding of make instead paying $ 12, 000 for new ones them from the Light pole company. 4. Building Official Report— Nothing new to report. 5. City Engineer' s Report— Waiting a few last minute items for the Trail. 6. City Attorney' s Report— Nothing new still working on OPD and Roberts Ferry acquisitions. 7. City Administrator' s Report— Deerview & Woodfield Parks — in the mulch area they have noticed the water not leaving quickly. Can remedy this with 20th tiling. Not exceed $ 3000. Bella Sala— Craft Show on the November 9am to 4pm. Asked to use the City Parking for the event and asked to park along Park Rd and use Golf Carts to shuttle people around. N.
