B. Roll Call C. The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, met in regular session on November 15, 2016 at 7: 13 p. m. Mayor Steve Berner called the meeting to order. Upon roll being called the following named council members were present: Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Jo Kahler,. Absent: Mike Ryan. Also present: City Administrator/ Clerk Doug Boldt, Deputy City Clerk Ashley Platz, Building Official Brian Shay, City Engineer Ben Carhoff, City Attorney Robert Michael & Crystal Raiber and other visitors. D. Agenda Additions/ Agenda Approval Motion to amend the agenda and move K- 3 to I-4 by Bartels. Second by Upton. All ayes, motion carried. Motion to approve amended agenda by Upton Second by Bartels. All ayes, agenda approved. E. Communications and Reports: 1. Amend - Item I- 1 — remove " enter" and change to " proceed with" 3. Liquor License Renewal— Bella Sala Motion to amend minutes by Upton. Second by Kahler. All ayes, motion carried. Motion to approve amended the consent agenda which includes Approval of amended City Council Minutes from the amended Regular and the Special Meeting and approving Liquor License Renewal for Bella Sala by Upton.
