Discussion and Consideration of Presenting Letter to Central Iowa Power Cooperative CIPCO) to Relocate Utility Lines along Park Road and Council Action as Needed Motion to direct City Adminstrator to present a letter to Central Iowa Power Cooperative CIPCO) to Relocate Utility Lines along Park Road by Havens. Second by Bartels. All ayes, motion carried. L. Reports to be Received/ Filed 1. M. Reports from City Personnel 1. City Administrator— FY 2017- 2018 Budget Doug Boldt, City Administrator presented the FY 2017- 18 Budgeted Revenues to Council. Council also discussed the Budget Requests and Forecasts from the Public Works Dept for next year and near future. Doug also asked Council their stance of the City Hall Expansion. N.
