Discussion ofPossible Development Project at301and 311Main Street (Slim’s) –Mitch King Discussion: Possible Developer Mitch King spoke tocouncil regarding thepossible development at301 & 311Main Street (Slim’s). Presented thenumbers regarding the feasibility ofthislotduetotherestrictions ofparking, lotsizeandthecommunication building. Asking Council how important istherevitalizations oftheSlim’sbuilding andtheOriginal Town. Islooking forfeedback anddirection astowhat Council wants toseeatthislocation. Council discussed creating aRedevelopment ( Slum & Blight) Policy. Council discussed the overall concept ofthevision they have forthetown square that theCity iscontinuing toacquire property ontheblock. D.
