Discussion ofConcept, Vision orPossible Future Development(s)inandaround the area ofthe100Block ofWest Third Street Doug Boldt spoke tocouncil regarding thelandaround Slims. John Faselt present atmeeting, owner oflotstothe east ofSlims. Potential owner/developer Mitch King also present. Council discussed Tiffin Vision andwhat Council sees fortheblock between Grant/Main and north ofW.3rd Street. Council discussed onstreet parking ideas. King discussed thepotential offuture developers conceding fivefeetofright ofway foronstreet angled parking. And future potential credit foronstreet parking forcommercial use.
