Upon roll being called thefollowing members were present: Mike Ryan, JimBartels, AlHavens, Peggy Upton. Eric Schnedler. Absent: None. Other members present: City Administrator Doug Boldt, City Clerk Ashley Platz, City Engineer Ben Carhoff andothers. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byHavens. Second bySchnedler. Allayes, motion carried. C. Discussion and Review ofCapital Improvements Plan City Administrator Doug Boldt, presented the updated CIP toCouncil. Doug discussed putting together a calendar showing allprojects. Council haddicussions regarding traffic signals atthecorner ofCroell & HWY 6orKimberlite & HWY 6. D. Discussion and Review ofPrairie Village Part 2 –Revised Concept Plan Discussion: Matt Adam, Developer presented arevised concept toCouncil. Heispresenting aduplex development. Hisoriginal concept showed acluster ofsix4-Plex buildings with some commercial lots. These arenow going tobeoutlots forfuture development. Council discussed holding offonthetwooutlots. Instead ofdeveloping along Park Rd. E. Discussion and Review ofRidgeway Heights Developer’ sAgreement Discussion: Duane Musser, Watts Group here todiscuss thedeveloper’sagreement. Council and Mayor discussed usable green space designation forthisdevelopment. The developer isasking iftheCity will accept money inlieuofgreen space. Council prefers green space.
