City Administrator’ sReport – Discussion ofFY2019-2020 Budget – Johnson County – Deputy Brad Kunkel & Matt Miller –Johnson County Access Center Update – Matt Miller provided Council with abackground oftheAccess Center andtheservices provided which include Crisis Observation, Crisis Stabilization, Detox andSobering Services. Seeking capital support of $10kforthisCenter from local communities. Council hasexpressed support oftheAccess Center along with capital support. Upton arrived at6:31pm Doug Boldt, City Administrator went through theproposed FY2019-2020 bylineitem ontheexpenses and revenues projected fornext year. Mayor Berner hadquestions regarding projects andfunding. Also CIP discussion onprojects which could potentially adda $5.5 million GOBond issuance. N. Adjournment Motion adjourn byRyan.
