Discussion and Review ofProposed Site Concept from Shelby Builders Discussion: Jason Dumont present todiscuss land which iscurrently under contract. Would include zero lotsthattransition tomedium size single-family homes tothen larger single-family homes. Council would liketoseecommercial along Highway 6andnot highdensity. Developer will put together another conceptual concept with commercial along Hwy 6. D. Discussion and Consideration ofIreland Ave Name Change Discussion: County Road names incitylimits need tobechanged tocitystreet names. Ireland Avenue incitylimits needs tobechanged toRoberts Ferry Road. Want tochange theleast amount of addresses. E. Discussion ofFY2021-2022 Budget Discussion: Items/issues/small equipment thecouncil would liketolook into would beappropriated. City Administrator willprovide treasures report detailing what has notbeen spent andwhat itisset aside for. F. Questions from Council Members regarding items ontheRegular City Council Agenda G.
