Mayor Berner called themeeting toorder at6:16 PM. Upon rollbeing called thefollowing members were present: JimBartels present viaphone, Eric Schnedler, Skylar Limkemann, Christine Olney, AlHavens present viaMicrosoft Teams. Other'spresent were CityAdministrator Doug Boldt andDeputy CityClerk Brianna Wilkerson. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda bySchnedler. Second byOlney. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofFY2021-2022 Budget Discussion: Discussed the certification oftheCities taxandmaximum taxlevy. Preliminary thelevy rate fornext yearwill bethesame aslastyear. D. Discussion and Review Transition Process with theTiffin Fire Association th Discussion: Fire Association metonthe11andmade amotion totransfer the operations/property/liabilities/debt totheCity ofTiffin. Will create atransition committee toinclude department officers, council members, association members, City Administrator andMayor. Scheduled to benolater than June 30, 2022.
