Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofFire Department Transition Agreement and Fire Department Ordinance Discussion: Mayor Steve Berner reviews theFire Department Transition Agreement andOrdinance with council. The following changes willbemade: amend chapter 35.06paragraph three thecitycouncil shall consider theappointment andtheremoval ofthemembers ofthefiredepartment members. The Fire Chief shall submit arecommendation fortheappointment orremoval ofamember ofthefiredepartment. Adding language totheendofchapter 35.04, existing members ofthefiredepartment have until June30, 2026. D. Discussion and Review ofFY2021-2022 Budget Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt willdiscuss thismore during hisreport. E.
