__________________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS July 30, 2026 • Grant and I will discuss various items for the opening of the new recreation center. I briefly prepped the council about this at the last meeting but items such as the membership structure, strength, cardio and exercise equipment, and how we are going to market and staff the facility. Included in the packet are several attachments we will discuss on Tuesday night in reference to the items I’ve listed.
