This pay application reflects construction progress completed during the current billing period and has been reviewed by the project architect, Atura Architecture. As of Pay Application No. 15: • The project is approximately 79% complete. • Construction activity during this payment period totaled $778,008.81. • Major work completed during the period included continued progress on: o Metal Building Systems o Electrical o Athletic Equipment o Steel Fabrication and Erection o Elevators o General Trades o Landscaping o Interior finishes including ceilings, painting, flooring, and mechanical systems. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application No. 15 in the amount of $739,108.37 to Miron Construction Co., Inc. for work completed on the Tiffin Community Recreation Center through July 31, 2026, subject to the architect's certification.
