Upon rollbeing called the following members were present: Eric Schnedler (present viaMicrosoft Teams), AlHavens, Chris Olney, Tim Orris andSkylar Limkemann. Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt, Assistant City Administrator Ashley Platz andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byOrris. Second byOlney. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofPrairie Village Commercial andPrairie Village Residential Discussion: Matt Adam reviewed theFinal Plat ofPrairie Village Part 3,Phase 4with the council. This consists oftwo areas. One isthelotfortheIowa Healthcare facility andtheother istheremaining multi- family section forDRHorton. Minor punch listitems remain which iscovered bytheescrow agreement. The remaining items for thesubdivision such astheconnection ofKimberlite, thetraffic signal, the completion ofthepedestrian trail andtheamenities forthedetention/retention pond willbecompleted and/or andthefinal phase ofthe subdivision. D. Discussion ofDrainage Improvements attheFire Station Discussion: Council Member Skylar Limkemann expressed apreference forParking LotOption 3,noting it offers a100% reduction instormwater runoff. E. Review ofICSC Economic Development Conference F. Questions from Council Members regarding items ontheRegular City Council Agenda orReports G. Other Business H.
