Upon rollbeing called the following members were present: Eric Schnedler, AlHavens, Chris Olney, Tim Orris andSkylar Limkemann. Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt, Assistant City Administrator Ashley Platz andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byOlney. Second bySchnedler. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Review ofICSC Economic Development Conference Discussion: Council Member Schnedler, City Administrator Doug Boldt, andMayor Kasparek provided an update ontheISCS conference they attended inMay. Council Member Limkemann reflected ontheinitial reasons forparticipating intheevent. Thisyear marked anoticeable change, asbusinesses were familiar with Tiffinunlike inprevious years. Mayor Kasparek noted thatnational retailers areunlikely tolocate inTiffin duetoitsclose proximity toCoralville andNorth Liberty andsuggested that theCity focus onbuilding andpast experiences. D.
