Upon roll being called the following members were present: Eric Schnedler, AlHavens, Chris Olney, Tim Orris andSkylar Limkemann. Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt, Assistant City Administrator Ashley Platz andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byOlney. Second byOrris. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofSand Volleyball Court inCity Park Discussion: Council discussed placing the sand volleyball courts near thegreen shed attheAuxiliary Fields. They requested thattheareas beflagged tohelp determine whether thecourts should bepositioned stacked orsidebyside. Courts willbeoriented North andSouth. D. Discussion and Review ofPotential Changes toFireworks Ordinance Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt reviewed thepotential change tothefireworks ordinance. Council andstaff discussed trouble enforcing thepotential change. E. Questions from Council Members regarding items ontheRegular City Council Agenda orReports F. Other Business G.
