Mayor Kasparek called the meeting toorder at 6:02PM. Upon rollbeing called thefollowing members were present: Eric Schnedler, AlHavens, Chris Olney, Tim Orris andSkylar Limkemann. Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt, Assistant City Administrator Ashley Platz andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byOlney. Second byOrris. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofParks and Recreation Job Description Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt reviewed the Parks andRecreation Director jobdescription with Council. Council agreed toinclude that residency ispreferred, andtheposition willbeposted before theend oftheweek. D. Discussion and Review ofPotential Amphitheater Project offofBoardwalk Avenue Discussion: Scott Andersen waspresent todiscuss thepotential amphitheater project. City Administrator Doug Boldt suggested holding afuture meeting tofurther review theproject andgain aclearer understanding ofpossible partnerships, operations, andfunding options. E.
