Roll Call The City ofTiffin City Council held awork session Tuesday, February 3,2026, attheTiffin Fire Station. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting toorder at6:33PM. Upon rollbeing called thefollowing members were present: EricSchnedler, Tony Johnson, Chris Olney, Tim Orris andSkylar Limkemann. Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt, Assistant City Administrator Ashley Platz andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda bySchnedler. Second byOrris. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion: Jerry Wadilove, Grove Park OPD, was present todiscuss agreement fortheOPD. The alternative tothegreen space requirement willbeaccomplished byadding two new trees perlot/front door instead ofone, thecost share oftheright-turn lane, left-turn lane, entrance tothe development and sidewalk willbesplit 50/50with theCity andthedeveloper willprovide adrawing/picture oftheemergency access gate onthesouth portion oftheOPD. Additional language for themaintenance of thewest property bytheHOA willalso beadded totheagreement. D. Questions from Council Members regarding items ontheRegular City Council Agenda orReports E.
