Glenn advised that several new culverts are needed. He was directed to go ahead and get what were necessary. The dust problem was discussed and it was decided to contact Pelling and do what is best for the streets and the cars travelling them. DeWaine reported that two muskrats had been killed within the town during the past week. Because of the likelihood that such wild animals unnaturally in populated places may be rabid, the Mayor directed that any such animal killed in town should be placed in a paper bag, using old gloves to do so, and it would be taken to the State Hygienic Lab to be tested for rabies. It was suggested that an outside bulletin board be constructed and placed for posting notices, minutes, etc. Wayne moved, Bill seconded the motion to adjourn. Carried. Town Clerk
