It was moved by Councilman Bill Verry and seconded by Councilman Ted Spivey that the Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance No. 57, An ordinance to create a Power district and provide for power rental, setting forth rental charges and the manner in which they shall be collected, and providing penalties thereof in the Town of Jefferson, Iowa," be now put upon its final passage and adoption. The Mayor put the question on the final passage and adoption of said Ordinance, and the roll being called, the following named Councilmen voted: Ayes: Verry, Spivey, Stratton, Potter, Brown Nays: None Whereupon, the Mayor declares said Ordinance duly adopted and signed his approval to said Ordinance.
