Tiffin, Iowa October 6, 1965 The Town Council of the Town of Tiffin, Iowa, met pursuant to the rules of said Council, in Regular session, on call of the Mayor, at the time and place designated in the following call, a copy of which signed by the Mayor, had been personally served on each member of the Council, or left at his usual place of residence, a sufficient time before said meeting, and service of which has been duly accepted by each member. Tiffin, Iowa October 6, 1965 To ____________________________ Councilman Tiffin, Iowa Dear Sir: You are hereby notified that a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tiffin, Iowa, will be held on the 6th day of October, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., C.S.T., for the purpose of introducing, reading and considering the passage and approval of an ordinance entitled, "Ordinance No. 57. An ordinance to create a sewer district and provide for sewer rental, setting forth rental charges and the manner in which they shall be collected, and providing penalties thereof in the Town of Tiffin, Iowa", and for the transaction of such other business as may come before said meeting.
