Should any construction need to be completed in 2022, we can no longer hold our material and labor pricing per the contract; therefore, pricing will be subject to an increase for work completed in 2022. Exact amount of increase, if needed, to be determined prior to end of 2021. Utilities As of 2/22/2021, the Alliant utility poles have not been relocated per the plan.
