Regrade NE Ditch to provide drainage from drain tile (Sta. 418+11.14) to Culvert (Sta. 425+20.84). Grading plans
did not align with drain tile indicated to be installed at 2.8' depth. Ditch needed to be lowered allow for drainage
from draintile to low point at culvert noted above.
