Clear Creek Amana Post Prom ✉ PO Box 45, Tiffin, Iowa 52340 [email protected] Dear Friends & Family of Clear Creek Amana High School: This past year has been difficult for everyone and we hope that the juniors and seniors will be able to have a traditional prom and post prom celebration this year. We, as a community, have an obligation to provide a safe and wholesome atmosphere for our children and young adults. Communities across the nation have successfully presented exciting and safe parties for high school students to attend following their proms. CCA High School has joined the movement to provide a sensible and enjoyable alcohol and drug free alternative celebration following our prom. This is an ambitious project, but keeping children from our community safe underscores the importance of this endeavor. Clear Creek Amana’s Post Prom Committee will hold its annual Post Prom on Sunday, May 8th from 12:00 am to 3:30 am following the formal dance. Here is where you come in: None of this can be accomplished without the generous support of our community partners. There are no funds received from the school district; therefore, we must rely solely on our local businesses and families to help us make this important event happen. We are hoping that you and/or your business will help us by supporting our efforts. Donations can be monetary, a gift card or a product from your business. This will allow us to provide entertainment and to purchase supplies, prizes, products and gift certificates for game prizes. As a special thank you we would like to offer this: any business/family who contributes a cash donation of $100 or more will be listed as a proud sponsor. We will display the sign at the high school the week of prom, during Post Prom and will be recognized on our social media. As our budget depends on you, we ask that you mail your donation as soon as possible so that we will know what we have to work with. Checks payable to CCA Post Prom can be mailed in the return envelope provided or, if you would prefer, give us a call and we will be more than happy to personally pick them up!
