______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS February 26, 2021 • Attached are drafts of the Transition Agreement and the Fire Department Ordinance. We will be having a Transition Committee meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday night prior to the work session to continue to review the document. The Fire Department Ordinance is on the regular agenda for the public hearing and approval. If there are suggestions or changes still needed for the ordinance, we need to make sure we get those resolved during the work session and then amend the ordinance prior to its approval. • Attached is a copy of the total budget. Time permitting, I will review both revenues and expenses. If we run short on time, I will discuss everything during my report at the end of the regular meeting.
