City metropolitan area. As one of the fastest-growing communities in Iowa, Tiffin
continues to experience steady residential and commercial development while
maintaining a welcoming, small-town feel.
Home to approximately 7,500+ residents and growing, Tiffin is a family-oriented
community known for its safe neighborhoods, quality schools, and strong
community connections. The city is part of the Clear Creek Amana School District
and benefits from its proximity to Iowa City, Coralville, and surrounding regional
employers, making it an ideal place for families and businesses alike.
Community events and programs play an important role in Tiffin’s identity, offering
opportunities for residents to come together, build relationships, and enjoy shared
experiences throughout the year. These events are offered as free, accessible
community events, ensuring that all residents can participate regardless of age or
background. Participation continues to grow each year, helping strengthen
connections between residents, local organizations, and businesses.
As the community continues to grow, the City is also investing in new amenities and
spaces, including the upcoming recreation center opening this fall, which will further
enhance opportunities for wellness, activity, and community engagement.
Partnerships with local businesses remain essential in supporting and expanding
community programming. Sponsorships allow the City to provide engaging,
accessible events while giving businesses meaningful visibility and opportunities to
connect directly with the community.
We look forward to the opportunity to connect with you and discuss how your
organization can be part of Tiffin’s continued growth and community-focused
events.
