Rec Fest format, for example, created a stronger overall experience, while Placer.ai data now provides the City with a baseline to measure attendance, regional reach, and engagement in future years. The City's $34,000 in sponsorship commitments and in- kind partnerships further demonstrates the community's willingness to invest in these shared experiences. As Tiffin continues to grow, the City has an opportunity to build on this momentum by continuing to offer a diverse calendar of accessible, family-friendly events that activate our parks and public spaces, support local businesses, strengthen partnerships, and foster a sense of community. With several events still ahead in 2026, and the new Recreation Center providing additional opportunities for programming, staff will continue looking for ways to improve, expand, and create meaningful experiences for the community. Ultimately, the goal is simple: create opportunities for people to come together, build connections, support one another, and make Tiffin feel like home. 11
