M-8 - GuideLink Update for Joint Entities Meeting

Update  Original intent was to open all GuideLink services at full capacity at the same time  Several factors led to instead opening with a phased approach, starting with crisis stabilization services on February 15, 2021  Currently GuideLink is taking referrals from law enforcement and mobile crisis but not serving walk-ins and substance use services have not yet begun  Additional staff and safety/workflow protocols are being added before opening to walk-ins  Goal is to have full services and available to walk-ins by June 1  First Advisory Board meeting held April 6
