(116’x 119.5’) • Removing the existing peeling black tennis lines. • Removing cement splatter. • Installing 2 coats of blue and green Acrylotex. • Locating, masking, and painting white texture tennis lines for 2 tennis courts. • Locating, masking, and painting gold lines for 2 pickleball lines using the tennis net as the pickleball net. Tennis Services will provide materials and labor for the sum of: Twelve-thousand five-hundred eighty dollars ($12,580.00) OPTIONS • 6’ high dark green windscreen, 356’ installed-add $4,135.00 • Printing 2 sections with 1 logo each, logo print is 5’x10’ -add $1,000.00 to windscreens. • 8’x 12’ Bakko economy flat practice board, installed-add $2,750.00 Owner to supply water to the jobsite. The Bakko practice board will take 12-16 weeks for delivery. The painted layout could be changed to 1 tennis court and 2 pickleball courts. Windscreen is for North, East, and West sides. It does not include the South end. Terms are net 15 days. The Acrylotex may peel from the crack filler that is installed in the saw-cuts and joints.
