PROPOSAL City of Tiffin Attn: Doug Boldt 300 Railroad Street Tiffin, IA 52340 WE PROPOSE TO DO THE FOLLOWING WORK AND/OR FURNISH THE MATERIALS AT THE UNIT PRICE QUOTED BELOW: Project Fire Dept April 22, 2021 The L.L. Pelling Company proposes to do the following: On the west side of the building we will remove 11" of existing subbase and surface material and replace with 6" of new subbase stone and compact. We will place 3" of hot mix asphalt base material and compact, a tack coat and 2" of hot mix asphalt surface material and compact and roll smooth. Approximately 245 square yards. On the north side we will grade and place 5" of hot mix asphalt material. 18' wide for the length of the building. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. 1 3/4% Service Fee will be charged on all past due accounts (21% per annum). Any expense incurred to collect past due accounts, including attorney fees, will be reimbursed by owner.
