______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS July 30, 2021 • We will connect with Jon Thomas with Workforce Solutions via Microsoft Teams at 5:00 p.m. to discuss his proposal and process for the assessment of Tiffin’s current and future law enforcement needs. Like the last meeting, if after the discussion the council is comfortable making a decision to proceed, there is an item on the regular agenda to do so. • Liren Zhang with Living Space, LLC will be at the work session to discuss the attached site plan. This topic was on the agenda in February but the lot is now under new ownership which is why it is on the agenda again. Liren would like some informal feedback from the council on the proposal prior to being on a Planning & Zoning agenda as this lot would need to be rezoned. Currently, the lot is zoned commercial and would need to be rezoned to residential if the attached proposal was acceptable to the council.
