WS - D - Concept Proposal for Lot

Our plan ● 6 unit multi family housing ● Matching design from the neighbouring units (color scheme, roofline design) ● One way road design ○ One direction traffic reduces intersection conflicts not only for vehicles, but also for pedestrians, bicyclists, skateboarders, etc. ○ Maximize green space by having less concrete pavement Or ○ Less Concrete more Green space. ● Security camera for the building and for park keeping an electronic eye on our kids.
