Roll Call CCA Board President Jennifer Mooney called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Upon Roll Call the following School Board Members and City Council were present: Mayor Steve Berner, Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Eric Schnedler, Skylar Limkemann, Jennifer Mooney, Bob Broghammer, Matt McAveary, Eileen Schmidt, Michelle Emmel, Nikki Knapp. Absent: Christine Olney, Abdouramane Bila. Jim Bartels arrived at 5:33 PM. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, Clear Creek Amana Interim Superintendent Joe Brown, City Clerk Abigail Hora, Board Secretary Lori Robertson and others. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Schmidt. Second by Emmel. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Welcome and Introductions D. Discussion and Update on School Construction Projects a. Addition to High School b. 2022 Bond Issue Discussion: Associate District Superintendent Matt Leeman updated progress to the high school. Grounds staff is working on the baseball outfield to level it out. FFA has partnered with the school to have an outdoor classroom at the middle school. School is having conversations with the City of Coralville on the location of another facility. E. Update on Facilities Planning Process Discussion: Elementary enrollment is up 125. Clear Creek Amana Schools are currently serving 2900 students. F. Discussion and Update on City Construction Projects a. North Park Road Project b.
