RESOLUTION NO. 2021-054 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF OCTOBER 5, 2021, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE AUDITOR’S PARCEL 2020104 FROM R-1E TO R-1C, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City recognizes a Agie, LLC to rezone Auditor’s Parcel 2020104 from R-1E (Estate-Family) to R-1C (Single-Family) in Tiffin, Iowa, and, Whereas, the rezoning exhibit of the property is attached to this resolution; and, Whereas, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning on a 4-0 vote at its September 8, 2021 meeting. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the date of public hearing for October 5, 2021, to discuss the rezoning of Auditor’s Parcel 2020104. On the 21st day of September, 2021, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2021-054, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF OCTOBER 5, 2021, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE AUDITOR’S PARCEL 2020104 FROM R-1E TO R-1C, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson ______. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2021-054, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF OCTOBER 5, 2021, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE AUDITOR’S PARCEL 2020104 FROM R-1E TO R-1C, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
