K-2 - Change Order 6, Rathje Construction - Original Town Urbanization

Date: September 13, 2021 To: Ben Carhoff Project: Tiffin Original Town Urbanization Phase II Re: COR #7 Rathje # 7187 Ben, I am hereby submitting the following change order request for the lowering of the 4" raw water feed to maintain 5' of cover through the intersection of Main Street due to the new grades and the storm sewer conflict @ STA # 6+73, 5L.
