______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS September 15, 2021 • Matt Adam, the developer for Prairie Village Part Three – OPD Site, will be at the work session to present his concept for the attached OPD site plan. Matt has had his initial and follow-up meeting with staff and held the required Good Neighbor Meeting on Wednesday, September 15th. This informal presentation to the City Council is part of the OPD process for the developer to receive feedback from the council before the formal OPD application is submitted. Please review the attached and come prepared with your questions for Matt and of the development. • Attached for review are three Urban Chicken ordinances from North Liberty, Coralville and Iowa City. If the council would like to consider an ordinance to allow chickens inside the city limits, I think the attached would be a good place to start. This would at least keep Tiffin somewhat consistent within the corridor. I only have this item on the work session agenda and not the regular agenda. If the council is prepared to do something with this issue, options would be to have it on the following agenda to set a public hearing, seek additional community input or have further council discussion at the next meeting. • Attached for discussion and review is a draft of the Sidewalk Replacement Program in which we ran out of time to discuss at the last meeting.
