The highlight shows not until FY 27, based upon the current proposals, would Tiffin be able to afford a police department for less monies per hour of coverage than the Johnson County Sheriff's Office. By FY 27, the City of Tiffin could potentially see a savings of $1.36 per hour of coverage, however these numbers are simply projections and are subject to change for a variety of factors.
