Roll Call The City of Tiffin’s Planning & Zoning Commission held a regular scheduled session on June 17th, 2026, at the City Hall Conference Room. Board Chair Gina Landau called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Tia Showalter, Luther Parker, Gina Landau, Nick Ford. Absent: Travis Whitmore. Others present Building Official Brian Shay. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Parker. Second by Showalter. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Approval of May Meeting Minutes Motion to approve May meeting minutes by Parker. Second by Landau. All ayes, motion carried. D. Discussion and consideration of Lotus Hill South OPD Site District Discussion: The site district meets the concept district requirements. Will be 12 12-plexes. Recommendation to approve the Lotus Hill Site District by Ford. Second by Parker. All ayes, motion carried. E. OPD Update No update. F. Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Parker. Second by Landau.
