CITY OF TIFFIN ORDINANCE NO. 2021-490 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, TO ADD CHAPTER 6.07, VOTING PRECINCTS BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa: Section 1. Purpose: The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the municipal code of Tiffin to add Chapter 6.07, Voting Precincts. Section 2. Amendment. Chapter 6.07 Voting Precincts, is hereby added as follows: 6.07 VOTING PRECINCTS. The boundaries of the voting precincts in the City are as follows: Precinct 1: Beginning at the intersection of Highway 6 NW (Marengo Rd.) and Roberts Ferry Road, north on Roberts Ferry Road to its intersection with the City of Tiffin corporate limits immediately north of Oakdale Boulevard; then tracing the corporate limits west, then south to approximately 50 feet north of Highway 6 NW (Point A); then tracing the corporate limits west to Half Moon Ave NW; then tracing the corporate limits north, then west, then south to the north right-of-way line of Highway 6 NW; then east along the corporate limits to the end of the east-west corporate limit line which is approximately 50 feet south of Point A described above; then tracing the corporate limits south, then west, then south to its intersection with the Iowa Interstate Railroad; then tracing the corporate limits east, then south, then east to the centerline of Roberts Ferry Road; then tracing the corporate limits south to the Interstate 80 interchange; then tracing the corporate limits southwest and west along the north right of way line of Interstate 80, then south crossing Interstate 80, then east along the south right-of-way of Interstate 80, and then south to the centerline of 340th Street SW; then tracing the corporate limits east, then north, then east, then north and then northwest to the Interstate 80 interchange; then tracing the corporate limits easterly, then south, then east to its apparent intersection with the centerline of Highway 218; then tracing the corporate limits northwest and then north along the centerline of Highway 218 and Interstate 380 to the apparent intersection of Interstate 380 and Highway 6 NW; then westerly along the centerline of Highway 6 NW to the point of beginning. Precinct 2: Beginning at the intersection of Highway 6 NW (Marengo Rd.) and Roberts Ferry Road, north on Roberts Ferry Road to its intersection with the City of Tiffin corporate limits immediately north of Oakdale Boulevard; then tracing the corporate limits east, then north, then west, then north, then east, then north, then east, then south, and then east to the centerline of Jasper Ave NW; then tracing the corporate limits south along the centerline of Jasper Ave
