The reference to Outlot D in Section 3(c)(5) is hereby deleted and the following inserted in lieu thereof: “Outlot C”; and the reference to Lot 30-33 in Section 3(c)(5) is hereby deleted and the following is inserted in lieu thereof: “Lot 58”. 6. The reference to Outlot C in Section 3(c)(8) is hereby deleted and the following inserted in lieu thereof: “Outlot D”. 7. The reference to Outlot D in Section 3(c)(9) is hereby deleted and the following inserted in lieu thereof: “Outlot C”. 8. The reference to Outlot C in Section 3(e) is hereby deleted and the following inserted in lieu thereof: “Outlot D”; the reference to April 1, 2021 is hereby deleted and the following is inserted in lieu thereof: “__________________”;“April 1, 2023”. 8-9. The last sentence of section 3(H) is hereby deleted. 9-10. The reference to Lot 33 in Section 3(i) is hereby deleted and the following inserted in lieu thereof: “Lot 58”; the reference to Lot 32 in Section 3(i) is hereby deleted and the following inserted in lieu thereof: “Lot 62”; and the reference to Outlot C in Section 3(i) is hereby deleted and the following inserted in lieu thereof: “Outlot D”. 10-11. Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. 11-12. No Effect. Except for the terms and conditions of the Subdivider’s Agreement amended hereby all remaining terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. 12-13. PDF and Electronic Signatures. This Amendment may be signed by faxed, emailed or other electronic signatures (e.g. DocuSign) and faxed, emailed or such other electronic signatures hereon shall be deemed originals for all purposes.
