The developers volunteered their time to meetings and work sessions with the City and MGA to provide feedback for the 2019 Downtown Redevelopment Plan. In regards to this application, the developers have shown commitment of their time and resources by attending conferences, workshops, and meetings with various community organizations. The developer has applied for $$$$$ from Johnson County Housing Trust Fund (JCHTF) to set aside XX units at XX% AMI.
