RESOLUTION NO. 2022-008 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF FEBRUARY 1, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE PRAIRIE VILLAGE PART 3 FROM R-1A, R-2 AND R-4 TO R-1D/OPD, R-2/OPD AND R-4/OPD, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City recognizes a request from Iowa Development Group, Inc., to rezone Prairie Village Part 3 from R-1A (Single-Family) R-2 (Two-Family) and R-4 (Multi-Family) to R-1D/OPD (Single-Family/OPD) R-2 (Two-Family/OPD) and R-4 (Multi-Family/OPD) in Tiffin, Iowa, and, Whereas, the exhibit of the property is attached to this resolution; and, Whereas, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning on a 5-0 vote at its January 12, 2022, meeting. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the date of public hearing for February 1, 2022, to discuss the rezoning of a Prairie Village Part 3. On the 18th day of January, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-008, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF FEBRUARY 1, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE PRAIRIE VILLAGE PART 3 FROM R-1A, R-2 AND R-4 TO R-1D/OPD, R-2/OPD AND R-4/OPD, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson _____. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2022-008, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF FEBRUARY 1, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE PRAIRIE VILLAGE PART 3 FROM R-1A, R-2 AND R-4 TO R-1D/OPD, R-2/OPD AND R-4/OPD, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
