Lot 10, Andersen Addition – Part One OPD This OPD Site is located south of Forevergreen Road and west of Corell Avenue in the Andersen Addition subdivision. The proposed site is located on 4.30 acres and is adjacent to R2 residential lots to the south and larger C-1B lots to the north. Our proposed concept for this site includes eight (8) – four-plex buildings with a private drive. The units within the four-plex buildings are comprised of 3 bedroom dwellings. There are a total of 32 residential units proposed on the site. Variances from the current zoning depicted on the Site OPD Exhibit include reduction of setback between buildings and the private drive.
