Access, ingress, and egress rights shall also be conveyed to the City with these easements for the purposes of conducting normal City business, including inspections and repair of the infrastructure.
Existing 20' Storm Sewer and Drainage easement to be vacated, new easement will be provided for proposed storm sewer.
