AGENDA ITEM # K-7 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: April 29, 2022 AGENDA ITEM: Discussion and Consideration of Wellness Policy for the City of Tiffin Employees and Council Action as Needed Motion ACTION: SYNOPSIS: This was an item that was briefly discussed during the City’s goal setting session and with the opening of the iGym in town, we think we have an opportunity to put a wellness program together for all city employees and volunteers. Based on the current rates at the iGym and in order to take advantage of a group rate, the City would need to sign up for at least 10 memberships. We would want to include this into the City’s Employee Handbook which would include a minimum usage and accountability in order to continue the benefit of the membership.
