A Task Order to review flows and loadings, wastewater and water treatment alternatives, budgetary cost estimating, and coordinate with the DNR on the City’s chloride compliance schedule was submitted and executed on May 9, 2022. This effort is the first step in planning to address the City’s water and wastewater needs over the next few years. This is the study underway and referred to in the Table of Major projects on the previous page. DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Planning & Zoning (P&Z) No update. Madden Addition Lot 55 Planned Development Overlay (OPD) MSA provided review comments to the developer’s engineer. Shamrock Center Lot 5 Site Plan Developer’s engineer submitted site plans to the City for review. MSA has reviewed and provided comments to the developer’s engineer.
